Feel the therapeutic rhythm of hooves on the earth and inhale the crisp eucalyptus-scented air. Let the natural beauty soothe your soul and feel the healing embrace of the Australian bush.
Beyond a ride, it’s a journey of mental rejuvenation, where the bond with your horse and the serenity of nature combine for an uplifting escape.
Learn MoreOur rides are for small private groups – we’ll select a trail tailored to suit your experience level, time frame and sense of adventure.
FAQsCan I choose which trail to ride?
Absolutely. You can also chat with Charlotte to discuss the sort of trails you prefer and she can suggest the most appropriate trails for you and your group.
For example, would you like nice open tracks or some twisting dense forest trails; some challenging hills or more gentle terrain; yes/no to water crossings. We are very fortunate to have so many to choose from and look forward to sharing them with you.
How much riding experience do I need?
We can cater to any level of trail experience as our private rides are tailored to your needs. You set the pace and challenge level. There are two guides with each group who can assist you if you need it.
If you are joining one of our Open Group rides you need to be confident at walk, trot and controlled canter. Our "confidence booster" rides are at a walk only pace and suitable for those with basic riding abilities. Please contact us on 0447 22 44 73 to discuss
So if it's a quiet wander to build your confidence out of the arena, or a more challenging adventure – the reins are in your hands.
Where are the trails located?
We ride in the State Forests of Wingello, Belanglo and Penrose, in the Southern Highlands of NSW. We have a special Forestry License which enables us to access these amazing trails.
Do I need my own horse?
Yes, you do. Our experiences are specifically tailored to riders who have their own horse, and are all about deepening that special connection and building trust.
What size groups do you take?
We like to keep things personal, and safe so our groups are up to 6 riders only with 2 trail guides for support. If you need a larger group size, please contact Charlotte on 0447 224 473 to discuss.
